Groups, Workshops, and Classes

Support Groups

Group counseling is a powerful venue for growth and change. Students receive tremendous understanding, support, and encouragement from others facing similar issues. Participants often gain different perspectives, ideas, and viewpoints.

It is normal to feel apprehensive about joining a group, however, most students report that the experience was helpful and far beyond their expectations. The PGCC offers a variety of groups for students, and group participation is often the treatment of choice for many issues. Groups offer unique opportunities to experience a type of treatment that cannot be found in many other settings.

Groups are confidential, structured and supportive, and offered at no cost to students!
