Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness Meditation is a method of training the mind to relax and simply notice what is happening in the present moment. Judgment, worry, and planning are suspended and! space for sensing peacefulness and well-being is opened.
Because each class builds on the skills taught in the preceding ones, participants are requested to attend all 4 classes for maximum benefit
The course is scheduled for the following Wednesdays from 12:30 - 2:00 pm:
