Caroline T. Haskell to be Featured at National Social Work Conference
Caroline T. Haskell is the Founding Director of the Personal Growth and Counseling Center and will be featured at the 2014 National Association of Social Workers Conference – Social Work: Courage, Hope, and Leadership. Haskell co-authored and co-edited Combined Destinies: Whites Sharing Grief About Racism, a book that examines how white Americans have been hurt by the very ideology that their ancestors created.
Caroline is featured in this year's NASW Conference on July 23-26, 2014 in Washington, DC. The conference provides a learning opportunity for "social workers [that] are leaders of change and strengthen the safety net of society.” She will be featured as a presenters along with other keynote speakers who will help and gain new skills through innovative workshops. Caroline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work.
