The Personal Growth and Counseling Center is committed to reaching out to students, their parents, CSUMB staff and faculty, as well as the community in general. The following sites are intended to announce ongoing news and happenings at the PGCC.
Disclaimer
While student participation is encouraged (via likes, reblogs, etc.), we encourage students or individual with questions to contact the PGCC to inquire about receiving services. The PGCC will not provide counseling or crisis intervention via these social media websites, although we will periodically let the campus community know about accessing crisis information.

For students who choose to engage with the PGCC on Facebook, we will announce reminders to groups, as well as post pictures and other media.
For real-time updates of similar information, students can access our twitter feed, also pushing out reminders about news, groups, workshops, including pictures and other media.
On your iPhone or Android application, one can search for CSUMBCounseling to find our latest picture posts.
Tumblr
Many students have a Tumblr account. We may post articles, commentary, as well as our standard annoucements to this feed. Although we may reblog from other Tumblr users, the PGCC does not necessarily endorse the source or other linked blogs to the content that a user may find when investigating the original source.

As promotional videos for groups, workshops, and other PGCC-related events are created, we will upload them to this channel.
